Dream Bags

If we have stock of the particular Dream Bag you wish to order, it will be posted to you first class on the next working day after your payment clears. If we do not have stock of the design or size you require, we can add your request to our next order. However, delivery may then take a little longer. Alternatively, if you require your Dream Bag urgently, we can order one especially for you from the supplier to be delivered directly to your home, provided that they have stock, for a small surcharge. If in doubt, please always contact us first before placing an order to ensure that the bag you require is in stock.

If you wish to collect your Dream Bag in person, please note that we do not accept cheques at this time. Nor do we currently have the facility to accept debit or credit cards directly. If you wish to pay by debit or credit card, please place your order via the online system, and make your payment directly using PayPal.

Bracelets

Each bracelet is made individually to order. We would recommend that you email us at info@lagulhasbaby.co.uk before placing an order so that we can verify that the particular configuration of beads you require is in stock. If the beads are in stock, delivery will be made within three to four working days. Bracelets may also be collected in person, subject to the payment conditions shown in the Dream Bag section above.

Wallaboo and Shoo Shoos

We would recommend that you email us at info@lagulhasbaby.co.uk before placing an order so that we can verify that the item you require is in stock. Occasionally an item may be out of stock and if we are unable to fulfil an order we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund.

All goods that are in stock will be delivered within 7 working days and frequently will be quicker. The aim is that all orders received before 12 noon will be despatched by Royal Mail the same day (or the following Monday if placed over the weekend) except during very busy periods.

Traditional toys

If you wish to place an order for a particular toy, please email us at info@lagulhasbaby.co.uk first so that we can contact the supplier to verify that the toy you require is in stock.

All prices for the toys are inclusive of postage and packaging to mainland UK destinations. Additional postage may be charged for non-mainland UK destinations. Your order will be delivered direct to your home by the supplier. Once your payment has been processed, we will forward your order to the supplier. The supplier ships via a national courier, which has a delivery time of 2 to 3 days. Goods will usually be dispatched by the supplier within 5 days of receiving the order. By placing an order you confirm that you have provided us with the correct delivery address.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery caused by our suppliers or by any other third party. Hence we cannot be held liable for an item that fails to arrive by a required date.
