Exchanges
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for
exchange or refund, in original, saleable condition - with all hangers, labels
and wrappings in their original condition. Exchanges/refunds will be issued
AFTER your item has been returned, and subject to satisfactory inspection.
Faults
In the unlikely event that you discover a fault with your
bag, please return it to us within a reasonable period of time with a covering
letter explaining your reason for return. The bag and letter will then be
forwarded on to the supplier who will contact you via email/telephone (your
choice) to confirm receipt and advise if they believe that the goods are in
fact faulty.. If the goods are deemed to be faulty, a replacement will be issued
and all return postage costs covered.
Bracelets

exchange or refund, in original, saleable condition. We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the post office as we do not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Exchanges/refunds will be issued AFTER your item has been returned, and subject to satisfactory inspection.
Faults
In the unlikely event that you experience a fault with your
bracelet, please return it to us within a reasonable period of time with a covering
letter explaining your reason for return. We will then contact you via email/telephone (your
choice) to confirm receipt and advise if we believe that the bracelet is in
fact faulty. If the bracelet is deemed to be faulty, a replacement will be issued
and all return postage costs covered.
Wallaboo and Shoo Shoos
Exchanges
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt at your own cost. We would
recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the post
office as we do not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Once we
have received the items in resalable condition and they have been forwarded on to the supplier, we will credit you
for the items (not for any postage or handling).
Traditional toys
The supplier will only accept returns if the goods have been
damaged or if you have received an incorrect item (i.e. not what was originally
ordered).
If you receive goods that are damaged or faulty or not what
was ordered then you will be offered a refund or, if you prefer, an alternative
product. In such a case please contact us in the first instance by phone on
01489 584154. Please note that you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving
a damaged item, as failure to do so will mean that we are unable to claim your
refund or alternative product from the supplier. You must contact us first
before the goods are returned in order for the supplier to decide the most cost
effective method for returning the product back to them. When returning an item
please enclose all the packaging, instructions, leaflets etc that came with the
product, together with a brief explanation of the fault.
